TriQuest Million Dollar Challenge

The 4th of July has always been one of my favorite holidays, Independence Day! That means so many things to me and I am sure to you as well. It is a celebration of liberation and freedom. We live in the greatest country in the world and we have the right and freedom to become anything and everything we choice to become. I am so very, very thankful I have this right, this freedom, and this incredible industry we have available for all of us to work in.

Let’s make 2010 our year, the year we do something GREAT. I am committed to that. I will work harder than ever to create something special for our team to capitalize on what I see as a year of opportunity. When there is adversity, there is twice as much opportunity, you just have to be willing to work harder to find it. All the stars and planets are aligned for us to make a difference in our lives, our families lives, and our clients’ lives.

You and I know if you don’t have a goal, you won’t accomplish much. So let’s set a lofty, yet an achievable goal. I would like to set a goal of creating 36 million dollar producers in 36 months. Starting July 4, 2010, and ending on July 4, 2013, let’s do whatever is required to produce 36 millionaires on the TriQuest Team. Are you in? Are you one of the 36 that will commit to attaining this goal? If you think you can, or you think can’t, you are right!

If there are 36 of you who have the courage to become a million dollar producer in 36 months, step up to the plate and let yourself be recognized. The first step to accomplishing something extraordinary is to make it public. I will lead the charge. And if I or you become weary, we have an Eagle Team that will help us finish the job by kicking, pushing, or if they have, carrying us across the finish line.

The biggest fear that a man has isn’t what he cannot accomplish in his lifetime. The biggest fear a man has is that he is powerful, and he has the ability to accomplish all that he sets his mind to, and he fears the greatness he will achieve.

Be bold and courageous and make your mind up to make the next three years incredible -- we can change this industry together! I’m not afraid! If you take on this challenge I promise extraordinary things will happen in your life. The earnings will be but a small part of this amusing journey; there will be so many other extraordinary things you will experience.

The journey cannot start until you are brave enough to take a step forward toward this goal. I have taken the first step, and I will lead the way.

I will post on the TriQuest USA website the names of those willing to take on the Million Dollar Challenge. In 36 months, there will be 36 millionaires’ smiling faces on that page and one hellava 4th of July party. Will you be one of them?

It will be a busy 36 months. I’m looking forward to running with you big dogs!
